A bad paintball situation

Lesson learned. A bad paintball situation. I went with my friend to play paintball for his b-day. (Back when I just started out...). At the blow of the whistle, I jumped for the chance to make it to this small bunker. I stayed there for most of the game and there was my mistake. The opposing team knew where i was and surrounded me. I put my back against the bunker, and yelled for some cover. I felt myself get hit by a paintball on my shoulder, leg, and foot all at once. My moral:

Move around! Don't stay in one spot!
