My team played @ "Impact" Wasaga beach's big game.
NUMEROUS times through out the day I'd be pushing to take some territory and calling for support (move up over here, suppress over there...) only to turn around 3 mins later and see the same 15-25 people (walkons) standing around with their thumbs up their butt, not moving up.

Not much is more frustrating than expecting team work and finding yourself twisting in the wind.

Fairly good tip but I would avoid refering to the term "noob" considering more than half the people reading these would be considered noobies.
