OK, here's three paintballing tips...
1. Even if you think you have been seen don't move till you are sure because half the time they don't see you, and if they have you can get the shot off before them because you saw them first.
2. Move quietly all the time even when running away they might have a fast runner.
3 Don't be afraid to camp not moving can mean they walk right to you.
